ERAC术前要素
表1 列出了ERAC核心和推荐的术前要素。这些术前要素的目的是减少禁食时间,使患者和医务人员参与到临床举措中,并促进优化身体健康。
Intraoperative ERAC Elements
ERAC术中要素
表2 列出了ERAC核心和推荐的术中要素。其目的是优化液体管理,预防椎管内麻醉引起的低血压,尽可能减少术中恶心和呕吐,采用多模式镇痛,支持早期母乳喂养和母婴接触。
Postoperative ERAC Elements
ERAC术后要素
表3 列出了ERAC核心和推荐的术后要素。这些术后要素的目标包括早期哺乳以减少剖宫产术后代谢应激、提供多模式镇痛促进早期下床活动、消除身体因素造成的早期活动障碍以尽早出院。
